center;\">Funciones Especificas<\/h1><p>\u2666 Elaborar el Plan de Personal de conformidad con la Ley del Estatuto de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y las normas y directrices que emanen del Ministerio del Poder Popular de Planificaci\u00f3n y Finanzas, as\u00ed como dirigir, coordinar evaluar y controlar su ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>\u2666 Presentar al Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Salud y a la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Estado en la oportunidad que estos se\u00f1alen el plan de personal, as\u00ed como los informes relacionados con su ejecuci\u00f3n y cualquier otra informaci\u00f3n que al respecto le sea solicitada.<\/p><p>\u2666 Dirigir la aplicaci\u00f3n de las normas y de los procedimientos en materia de administraci\u00f3n de personal que se\u00f1ale la ley del Estatuto de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p><p>\u2666 Dirigir y coordinar los programas de desarrollo y capacitaci\u00f3n del personal de conformidad con las pol\u00edticas que establezca el Ministerio del Poder Popular de Planificaci\u00f3n y Finanzas.<\/p><p>\u2666 Dirigir y coordinar los procesos para la evaluaci\u00f3n del personal.<\/p><p>\u2666 Organizar y realizar los concursos que se requieran para el ingreso y ascenso de los funcionarios o funcionarias de carrera, seg\u00fan las bases y baremos aprobados por el Ministerio del Poder Popular de Planificaci\u00f3n y Finanzas.<\/p><p>\u2666 Proponer ante el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Salud y la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Estado M\u00e9rida, los movimientos de personal a que hubiere lugar, a los fines de su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>\u2666 Instruir y sustanciar los expedientes, en aquellos casos de hechos irregulares que pudieran generar la aplicaci\u00f3n de alguna sanci\u00f3n previstas en la Ley del Estatuto de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p><p>\u2666 Actuar como enlace entre el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Salud y la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Estado M\u00e9rida.<\/p><p>\u2666Asesorar al Consejo Directivo, a la Direcci\u00f3n General, y a los Directores y dem\u00e1s dependencias de la Corporaci\u00f3n de Salud del estado M\u00e9rida, en la fijaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y objetivos en materia de
