pago a todo el personal empleado fijo, contratado y suplente, ajustado a las directrices de Ejecutivo Estadal y del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la las Convenciones Colectivas, Normativas Laborales, Leyes, Reglamentos y dem\u00e1s normas legales vigentes.<\/p><p>\u2666 Tramitar y compilar informaci\u00f3n relacionada al personal empleado fijo, contratado y suplente de la Corporaci\u00f3n de Salud y sus dependencias.<\/p><p>\u2666 Planificar y controlar actividades referentes a los pagos de personal empleado: sueldos, primas, vacaciones y bonificaciones.<\/p><p>\u2666 Tramitar a los movimientos de alta y baja o de pago de percepciones al personal operativo de base y de confianza, sindicalizado y de mandos medios y superiores, que hayan sido previamente autorizados por la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n de Talento Humano.<\/p><p>\u2666 Tramitar los recaudos referentes a los beneficios socioecon\u00f3micos del personal empleado y realizar los c\u00e1lculos para la elaboraci\u00f3n de la n\u00f3mina.<\/p><p>\u2666 Tramitar y calcular el Fideicomiso del personal empleado adscrito a la Corporaci\u00f3n de Salud del estado M\u00e9rida y sus dependencias.<br \/>\u2666 Analizar la n\u00f3mina, verificando la exactitud de los datos y c\u00e1lculos.<\/p><p>\u2666 Llevar el registro y control de movimientos de personal, tr\u00e1mites cambios de n\u00f3mina y pago de beneficios.<\/p><p>\u2666 Calcular el Bono de Alimentaci\u00f3n del personal empleado y enviarla a la empresa de tiques de alimentaci\u00f3n respectiva.<\/p><p>\u2666 Establecer los mecanismos que le permitan contar con cifras de control para apoyar el proceso de an\u00e1lisis, supervisi\u00f3n y liberaci\u00f3n de n\u00f3mina.<\/p><p>\u2666 Verificar que los pagos de n\u00f3mina, beneficios laborales, retenciones y aportes patronales, est\u00e9n conformes a las leyes, pol\u00edticas, normas y procedimientos que regulan la materia.<\/p><p>\u2666 Realiza tr\u00e1mites para el pago oportuno de las retenciones
